How far in advance should I place my balloon order?

All balloon orders must be placed at least 6 days in advance and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What is your balloon delivery policy?

We deliver our one-of-a-kind balloon creations within a 10 mile radius of our studio in Brentwood, Missouri for a flat fee of $45. If you would like to place an order outside of our delivery zone, please contact us. 

Deliveries generally take place between 8am – 4pm, Monday - Friday. 

Do prices include removal of the balloon décor?

Large number frames and heavy base plates will automatically be picked up two days after installation and a strike fee will be added to your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled 20 days or more prior to your delivery date are fully refundable. Orders canceled less than 20 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.

How long do balloons last indoors?

Many air filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of your balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

How long do balloons last outdoors?

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

Yes! Our Latex is made from the sap of a rubber tree. Like making syrup, and they are 100 percent biodegradable.  Foil balloons are reusable and can last years.

How secure is your website? Is my data protected?

We use Stripe to securely process payments on our website.  We do not save any of your personal information or data.  Our site also uses an SSL certificate to ensure your private data is secured.

Do you have a shop?

We have a cozy studio in Brentwood, Missouri and we are open by appointment only.
